What is the estimated duration for shipping?
All MUZEN SA Audio packages originate from George, Western Cape, South Africa.
For standard shipping, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How can I monitor the progress of my order?
Please keep an eye on your email for a shipping confirmation message containing a tracking link for your MUZEN Audio package.

By making a purchase on the MUZEN website, you agree to the following terms. These policies have been implemented to provide you with comprehensive information regarding our refund and return procedures.
What is the return policy?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@muzenaudio.co.za to begin the process and obtain your authorization code.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
We offer a 12-month limited warranty, covering free replacement for products with manufacturing defects or those that are not easily repairable. Please consult the warranty request procedure for more details.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your returned package, MUZEN SA will conduct an inspection before issuing a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, and they will be sent back to the sender. You will receive an email notification once we have received and inspected your product.
The customer will be liable for the return shipping cost to MUZEN SA.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
We can only accommodate cancellations or modifications to your order if it has not yet been processed.
Please promptly reach out to our customer service support at info@muzenaudio.co.za, providing your order number and detailing the changes you wish to make in the email.
Any orders cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded. Regrettably, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Is it possible to exchange my speaker for a different colour?
Regrettably, we do not facilitate exchanges because we cannot assure the availability of your desired colour or style at the time of return, owing to stock constraints on our popular products.

My speaker isn’t functioning properly! How do I initiate a warranty claim?
Each speaker comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on www.muzenaudio.co.za.
To initiate a warranty claim, kindly email info@muzenaudio.co.za with the following details:
– Original order number
– Unit model and colour
– Product serial number
– Description of the issue you are encountering
Initially, we will assess if the problem can be resolved through email correspondence. If not, we may request you to return the speaker to us for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Why do I need a Muzen Audio speaker?
MUZEN Audio radios are not your typical Bluetooth speakers… they are a compact and powerful musical experience unlike anything you’ve had before.
What is the battery life after a full charge?
Under regular volume conditions, Bluetooth lasts 8-10 hours, while radio (available on selected models) extends up to 20 hours. When played at maximum volume, Bluetooth lasts for at least 4 hours, and radio persists for a minimum of 10 hours.
How do I charge the speaker?
Simply insert the provided charging cable into the port located on the side of the device. Charge the device using a certified 5V / 500mA-2A adapter (adapter not included).
How long does it take to charge?
Generally, it takes approximately 3 to 4 hours for the speaker to reach full charge. Once charging is complete, please remember to disconnect all cables. An indicator located on the left side of the charging port will display a red-light during charging and a green light when the speaker is fully charged.
How to clean and maintain your retro Bluetooth speaker:
- Keep the speaker dry and avoid exposing it to moisture.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the exterior surface.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on the speaker, as they may damage the finish.

Can I take a portable Bluetooth speaker on a plane?
Yes, you can typically bring a portable Bluetooth speaker on a plane as part of your carry-on luggage. Additionally, it’s advisable to pack the speaker securely to prevent damage during the flight.
Can Muzen portable speakers be used while they are charging?
Yes, portable speakers can be used while they are charging. When the battery of a portable speaker is low, you can plug it in and continue using it while it charges. However, it’s important to be aware that using the portable speaker while it is charging may impact the charging time and could generate additional heat. Therefore, it’s advisable to monitor the speaker while it’s charging and avoid overcharging it.
Can I use waterproof speakers in the shower?
While waterproof speakers are engineered to withstand water and moisture, it’s typically not advisable to use them directly in the shower or bathtub. Prolonged exposure to water in such environments could potentially damage the speaker’s electronics or battery over time.
Can waterproof speakers be fully submerged in water?
MUZEN Wild Series Outdoor Speakers are crafted to be resistant to water and moisture, boasting a waterproof rating of IPX5, which safeguards against splashes and rain. However, it’s important to note that these speakers are not intended to be fully submerged in water. Doing so may result in damage to the electronics or battery of the speaker.
How far can wireless Bluetooth speaker connect to devices?
The range over which a wireless Bluetooth speaker can connect to devices varies depending on factors such as the specific Bluetooth version used, environmental conditions, and any obstructions between the speaker and the connected device. In general, Bluetooth devices typically have a range of around 30 feet (10 meters) under optimal conditions. However, newer Bluetooth versions such as Bluetooth 5.0 used in the OTR & Outdoor Mini range can offer extended range capabilities, potentially reaching up to 100 meters (330 feet) in certain conditions.
